Despite the constant queue at the MC Drive counter (restaurant was closed - COVID-19), the employees were very quick and courteous. Food was fresh and hot ... that's how it should be. And even just before the curfew. 👍👍

You should always check your order on site because something is almost always missing, e.g. a burger 🍔! !

Forcibly via the drive-in. Conclusion: The order was partially not implemented, so the meal was incomplete. I.e. paid more than received. Unfortunately, you only notice this at home when it's too late. That the food cools down a bit on the way home is clear. But that it is about to get freezing? I'm sorry, not like that.

What an annoyance, 10 minutes as ordered and not picked up at the drive in counter, drove to the first window and waited another 5 minutes. Nobody who served me ... open according to Google Maps, otherwise no information that may be closed, except for an information sheet that is closed from 8:00 p.m. That's not how you treat customers!

Super quality, super fast at the seat and mostly still hot or warm 👍🏻 I would actually give 5 stars but unfortunately this fails because of the staff :( The staff is mostly unfriendly and doesn't listen to you when you order (Mcdrive). The German of the staff is really poor: ((At the moment there is a promotion with the "Mystery Box" (a limited glass) I paid 8.50 € for two citizens, fries and a drink. Normally the Mystery Box was unfortunately not included with my order : ((((

The new ordering system is a joke. Straws are only available on request, but a stupid saying on the empty straw dispenser. At most the drive-in is still possible. It's better at Burger King.

I don't know why you keep doing this to yourself. No possibility of ordering at the counter, cleanliness catastrophic. Not to use toilets. We were just hungry. Certainly the last McDonald visit for me in a long time.

Cleanliness, friendliness TOP. Everyone speaks clear German and thinks along with their work. I've often seen it differently in other branches. A big minus point is that since the latest, when you eat in-store, there are no straws and lids with the drink automatically. You then have to ask again at the cash register. That sucks! Environmental protection is all well and good, but please not at the expense of customer service and convenience!

Great fast food restaurant. Very clean and clear. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Especially because of the proximity to the motorway also for travelers with family good for short-term visit. Very relaxed atmosphere, overall a super shop.
